Le couteau de Laguiole : Du petit couteau d'usage local, il est aujourd'hui devenu un objet culte, référence design et synonyme d'Art de vivre. Visite libre des ateliers du lundi matin au vendredi midi. Démonstrations de montage pour les groupes à partir de 10 personnes, sur réservation (du lundi au samedi).
