The 170 m² gîte sleeps 2 people (up to a maximum of 7) and the 50 m² annexe sleeps 2 people. Available to rent from April to October (other periods possible on request); can be adapted for gatherings with friends, family, birthdays or retirement celebrations. You enter via an automatic gate into the private, gravelled courtyard (60m²). Ground floor: accessed via the veranda; a large, beautiful living area with a cosy lounge featuring a fireplace, 2 sofas, 2 armchairs and a spacious dining room. KITCHEN: fully equipped (electric oven, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, etc.). Toilet. A large bedroom on the first floor with a double bed (160), wardrobe, bedside tables and a cot. A second, very spacious bedroom with two double beds and one single bed, plus a wardrobe. A large walk-in wardrobe in the hallway. Large bathroom comprising a whirlpool bath, a shower cubicle, two washbasins and a toilet The annexe comprises a fitted kitchenette (fridge, washing machine, cooker, microwave, etc.), a living area with a sofa and a log fire in season, a bedroom with a double bed, two wardrobes and a shower room. Optional: a reception room with a large projection screen. Also available for your use are all the equipment you need for outdoor activities: pétanque balls, badminton rackets; for children: a wide range of games, tricycles, etc. The garden is furnished with garden furniture, a barbecue, sun loungers and a private swimming pool (in season)
