Noyers-sur-Serein, one of the most beautiful villages in France, is located in this medieval setting at the northern gateway to Burgundy, near the A6 motorway. In the heart of the village, on the central square, the restaurant Les Millésimes opened in the spring of 2007, with three restaurant rooms. Denis Paillot, owner of the place, has used his 25 years of experience in the culinary field to offer his guests charm, comfort and gastronomy. The wine-growing past of the surrounding region has allowed his sons to take an interest in wines and to set up a cellar with more than 400 references, mainly burgundies and with variations of old vintages. On the menu, you will find the great Burgundian classics prepared by us, such as marbled ham, homemade andouillette, Epoisses pie and Chablis-style ham.
